In this application, it is vital to adjust the nozzle spray direction precisely. For this reason, flat fan nozzles with ball joints are used, for example Lechler MEMOSPRAY® or Easyclip. Another advantage of these nozzles is that they can be changed without the use of tools – this means a drastic reduction in maintenance costs.

Lechler nozzles are used in the production of engine parts and other components, for example to cool tools, and lubricate, clean and dry components.
Standard nozzles are used in most cases. In addition, compressed-air nozzles are used for draining and self-rotating nozzles in cleaning applications.

In the final stages of automotive production, Lechler nozzles are used for sealing and dewaxing car bodies, vehicle washing, high-pressure cleaning and for simulation tests (e.g. corrosion tests, leak tests, aquaplaning tests).
