Precision nozzles for flue-gas desulphurisation
Flue-gas desulphurisation processes in industry, power plants and waste incineration plants require nozzles that guarantee precise functioning over prolonged periods and are capable of withstanding extremely aggressive environmental conditions. For this reason, Lechler has developed atomizing nozzles made of ceramic materials, e.g. SIC, SISIC or ReSIC.
These nozzles achieve service lives of several years without any appreciable wear and are acknowledged benchmarks in desulphurisation systems. Using these ceramic materials, Lechler produces full cone, hollow cone and spiral nozzles, even in highly complex nozzle geometries. Another recurring factor is the optimum nozzle attachment, such as special flange or clamp attachments.
